Installs as a PWA
A Progressive Web App installs straight to the device and caches the app shell plus reference data, so readers open a fully working interface even with no signal at all.
Queue locally, sync later
Studies acquired offline are written to a durable local queue and auto-upload the moment connectivity returns β no manual re-send, no lost acquisitions.

Adaptive low-bandwidth streaming
Images are progressively compressed and streamed to fit the link available, dropping to diagnostic-first previews on 2G and backfilling full resolution when bandwidth allows.
Conflict-free hub sync
Edits made offline merge deterministically with the teleradiology hub, so two intermittently-connected sites never overwrite each other and the audit trail stays intact.

Studies captured across connected sites, held on-device and reconciled with the hub as bandwidth allows.
